In 2017, our company was in a crisis phase that nearly brought our dream to a halt.
At the time, the patents on foldable screens were not the property of our company, 2 of our suppliers were inspired by our screen and developed screens based on the concept of our iBanr.
At the same time, an implacable fact blocked the future development of our iBanr, the introduction, with Samsung or LG, of mini and micro LED screens in 2K and 4K. The definition of our screens could no longer compare with what was coming on the market. It was not possible under the folding technology used, to improve the fineness of display of our iBanr and therefore its quality of rendering. So we completely lost the advantage of offering a foldable screen. This realization came at the time of version 3 of our iBanr, in 2017.
